Negroses.
Volume II.
Oftentimes alone, we find ourselves lost. A lesson I am constantly reminded of is that, together, in community or a village, sorrow is halved and joy is doubled. The most important theme for Negroses. Volume II is exactly that. This installment is about the growth, love, and beauty found in the sense of belonging to something bigger than ourselves, but instead, our people and the ones we hold dear.
In times when the world is constantly trying to divide us, it is important that we choose to grow together, not apart. For many, red roses symbolize deep self-love and the affirmation of one’s identity. Receiving or giving them can reinforce a sense of belonging within the community. Genuinely, much love to my people who make space for each other to feel loved. You are also pillars of your communities. God Bless.
